Can you please help me with this error, it occurs often, I would like to understand what is happening with my account, it seems as if I were logged with two different accounts but with the same e-mail, I'll really apreciate if you could send me a step by step guide with how to fix the connect error, or if you can help me to unlink one of my accounts and that way don't have the same connection problems.

Please try re-authenticating the Facebook connector (force adding the account again even if it exists, to refresh connection), it often helps in cases like this. In the "Add account" window you're also able to see the connected Facebook accounts, and you may remove unnecessary accounts as well. After the authentication, check the pages you've chosen for the report.

Copy the short URL and paste in another browser tab:
In the new tab, add new account even if you see your account currently logged in.
After authentication, please check the Facebook pages selected in your dropdown.
Finally, reconnect to apply changes.
