Anyone have any tips.

  • Hi Todd,

Thanks for your message, and sorry about the error.

Have you been using SEMRush normally until now, without changes? Are you connecting with the proper Google account to our tool?

Google currently has a bug in their account management which is causing these kind of issues. A temporary solution before Google releases a fix, is to use Supermetrics in an Incognito-mode window on your browser, and only log in to the tools with the single Google account that has your Supermetrics license.

(Logging into multiple accounts in your browser at the same time is what can cause this issue. Also, using a separate Incognito window will not require you to log out from your other Google accounts.)

If these tips don't help, please try adding the SEMRush account again:

Please go to edit your connector from here (demoed with LinkedIn, but same goes for all).

and on the account window, click to add new account:

use the same account even if you see it in the list above.

    Best regards,

    Supermetrics Team
