Change of email address


My company just moved to G-Suite and annoyingly the login I was using for Supermetrics didn't migrate, so we've gone from to and now when I login it's telling me my free trial of Supermetrics is over when I've paid for a full year subscription. 

I'm assuming this is because the email address has changed. How can I move my subscription onto a different email address?

Hi Joshua,

you can change the user id in Account Management.

You can find your account management page from "Thanks a lot for your purchase" email that you have received in to your payer email, and/or from here if you are a Supermetrics for Google Drive user:
