Change of email address


My company just moved to G-Suite and annoyingly the login I was using for Supermetrics didn't migrate, so we've gone from to and now when I login it's telling me my free trial of Supermetrics is over when I've paid for a full year subscription. 

I'm assuming this is because the email address has changed. How can I move my subscription onto a different email address?

    you can change the user id in Account Management.

    You can find your account management page from "Thanks a lot for your purchase" email that you have received in to your payer email, and/or from here if you are a Supermetrics for Google Drive user:

    I can see how to change the User ID so that's fine.

    If I change though, will all of my existing dashboards be wiped and the logins/set-up be disconnected?

  • Hi Tomas,

    When you change the user id, your queries are transferred to the new user.

    However there may be requests for re-authenticating. Triggers will need to be setup again, if you have any.
