Change of email address
My company just moved to G-Suite and annoyingly the login I was using for Supermetrics didn't migrate, so we've gone from XXX@jellyfishconnect.com to XXX@gmail.com and now when I login it's telling me my free trial of Supermetrics is over when I've paid for a full year subscription.
I'm assuming this is because the email address has changed. How can I move my subscription onto a different email address?
