Error: Incompatible fields: 400 Selected dimensions and metrics cannot be queried together.

Hi,

I am getting the following error when I want to pull the data out of GA:

Error: Incompatible fields: 400 Selected dimensions and metrics cannot be queried together. ga:Date, ga:Year, ga:week, ga:dbmimpressions, ga:dbmclicks, ga:dbmcost, ga:dbmctr, ga:dbmcpc, ga:dbmcpm IllegalDimensionMetricCombinationException

The strange thing is that I only get this error when I add an campaign name filter to the data. When I try to run the report without the campaign filter everything is working out fine....

Can somebody help me with this error?

Hi Nils,

these errors come straight from the data source and they mean that you have selected some metrics / dimensions (including in filters) in to the same query that cannot be used at the same time. Unfortunately there's nothing that we can do about it.
