No Data from DBM

We're experiencing major problems with the DBM connector as we're not getting any data through. It just keeps loading and loading until it times out. Could this be because it is loading data from all the DBM accounts that we manage? As far as I can see there is no way to choose one account/advertiser when connecting DBM. For the Facebook connector we tick off the right account before connecting, but for the DBM connector the only option is to tick off our agency account. 

Is there something we're missing, something we need to do for this to work? I see in the forum that there have been issues with DBM before. Is the problem we're experiencing related to previous issues? And if so, when do you expect to have it fixed?
