Has this been resolved? I'm still having this issue (and have for at least the past month).

Hi Landie,
unfortunately DoubleClick is still working on the fix in to their API. We have been in contact actively since this issue first appeared in their systems.
Recent contacts with us have been promising and we'll let you know when they have released the fix.
