I have a Pro account, but would like to use the same supermetrics account with a personal company mail where I have some sheets only for me to view.
I have added my personal company mail to “user ID”, and refereshed my sheets, but it doesn’t seem to update to pro – still free verion.
Can you help?
As each Supermetrics license can be only connected to one google account at a time, you can change your User ID to your personal email but cannot add more than one email to it.
For security reasons we cannot do it, so unfortunately you have to change it yourself.
