Templates not allowing me to add my accounts


Tried to add publicly available different templates to my account but its not showing my accounts. I am logged in to SM/FB/Adwords/Bing etc, and other accounts and sheets using this data work and are connected/refreshing fine.

Any ideas? Anyone else had this issue and if so how do you resolve it? Tried logging out and back in but no joy.





  • Hi Rich,

    we tested the implementing this same template and it was successful. Could you please log out and log back in the sidebar to both Facebook and Twitter Ads accounts. Confirm that you see the accounts in the "select accounts" section of the sidebar and then try to use this template again.
