No Accounts Showing

I sync Supermetrics with Business Manager; however, when I tried to connect to data source it appears no account at all as shown in the picture below :


What causes this issue and how can I get all accounts appeared ?

  • Hi Ga,

    do you see all the accounts if you login with a normal Facebook account? If you do not, then it's related to the permission levels given to you from those other accounts.

    If you do see them with your "normal" FB account, please let us know and we'll investigate on it.
