Can't Launch Sidebar
When we go to the Google sheets drop down for Supermetrics, the only option we are now able to see is "Help." We can't launch the sidebar or refresh our data. This is happening across all of our sheets.

sorry to hear about the issue. It seems that there was a small issue with the sidebar late last week but it has been now fixed. Please let me know if this happens again. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi I have this problem too. Although I can press the button to launch sidebar but it just gets stuck on 'working' and times out eventually. How can I fix this please?

Unfortunately there's no fix on this yet. We have found a workaround but this also requires some actions from Googles side.
