Between January 2 and 9th of 2017 I am unable to pull in FB insight data. All data after that gets pulled in but not these days. I have been very satisfied with the trial (this has never happened before) and have full intentions of purchasing the full license but if data commonly goes missing it will not work for my needs. Any suggestions on how to rectify this issue.

A temporaly solution is to run shorter date range periods and you will get the data, its a pain until they fix it
its a mess to do many runs for the same query in short date periods, has anybody found a solution?
still waiting for a fix from Facebook. We have done all we can to hurry up the fix from our end, but now it's up to them. Please note that this affects all the tools that use Facebook Insights data through their API, so there are many unhappy report automation companies and their customers besides Supermetrics.
We'll keep you posted at once when we hear something new from the Facebook team.
