We can't to get access to DBM through the Supermetrics addon (see attached image for error message). We definitely have access to Doubleclick (the account linked to the drive is logged in in the browser) and it seems to work when pulling data for DoubleClick for Search and DFA. Is this a known issue or are we doing something wrong here?
There is nothing we could actually do, we checked all your logs and the response is coming from DBM side:
Authentication failed: ACCOUNT FETCH ERROR SERVICE NOT ENABLED
So I suggest check your access level on the DBM UI Users list, or contact DBM team.
