I buy a license for Facebook Insights but I can't use it

Hello , April 6 or 7, I buy a license for Facebook Insights but I can't use it... I think it's not active...

    Hi Laia,

    You posted this in the Google Sheets forum but you have a Facebook Ads Data Studio license which won't work with that Sheets product and cannot be used to access Facebook Insights. Can you double-check you are using the right product first and if you still have the errors, please give us the full error text. 

    If it's the wrong product (you meant to get Facebook Insights or Google Sheets), please let us know.
