Follow these steps to connect your Twitter Premium data to Supermetrics and use your data in any of our data destinations — Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Excel, data warehouses, and Power BI, as well as the Supermetrics API. You can also connect to data sources from the Supermetrics Hub.
You can share your data source connection with your team and use the connection across all data destinations you use with Supermetrics. Learn more about shared connections.
Before you begin
To connect Supermetrics to Twitter Premium, you need:
- A Twitter developer account
- A valid subscription to Twitter's Enterprise API access (starting at 42,000 USD a month)
- A live Twitter application (app) tied to your developer account, set up to work with Supermetrics
- The API client ID and secret for that app so you can log in to Supermetrics
- A Twitter Premium license for Supermetrics, with Historical Tweets report feature enabled
Contact our sales team to get started. We can help you with the setup process.
Note that Twitter Premium doesn't support multi-account logins or agency access. The API doesn't allow you to fetch data from multiple user accounts with one login — you'll need to add each user account separately.
Query types
- Tweet engagement: Impression and engagement data for Tweets up to 90 days
- Common account information: General information about the profile, such as description, location, and friend and follower count.
