A key piece of the Supermetrics support team’s mission is to make sure that we’re always seeking out new ways to improve and expand the experience we offer you and your teams.
As part of that, we’re making some changes to the Supermetrics support site over the coming weeks and months. Some updates will be bigger than others, but it’s our hope that taken together, they’ll make our support articles easier for you to find, use, and explore.
- The support forum: In late September, the support forum will be removed from the site. This means that none of its posts and threads will be accessible in the future.
- We recommend not posting any new messages to the forum in September. Please get in touch with us if you’re waiting for a response to a forum question, so we can ensure it isn’t lost.
- The site’s design: We’re updating the site’s look and feel, so you’ll see new navigation options, a new color scheme, and new types of page layout across all of our content.
- Field updates: Regular updates on fields and data sources are moving to our technical documentation site. You’ll still find important product updates and information on outages on the support site.
If you find any technical issues with the site as we roll out the changes, just let us know. We’re doing everything we can to ensure a smooth transition, but as with any big update, we’re ready to quickly respond to anything that might not work as well as it could when it launches.
