Google has announced that due to COVID-19 related issues, they have made some changes that impact the functionality of Google My Business. The full list of changes made are outlined in this post, but the most important one that may affect Supermetrics user is that:
New reviews, review replies, and all Q&A will be unavailable during this time.
While not explicitly stated, we believe that users will not be able to get current data from the Google My Business API for metrics and dimensions related to reviews, review replies, and Q&A objects for the foreseeable future, until Google restores the functionality.
If you find that you are no longer able to pull current reviews or Q&As, this is likely why.
Google did not provide an end date to when they would restore the functionality, this is likely based on how the pandemic progresses.
