We are happy to let you know that Facebook has resolved this issue and you should be able to resume normal usage of Facebook Ads.
Facebook encountered a partial outage where users lost access to their ad accounts.This issue impacted Supermetrics' Facebook Ads queries on February 6th 2020 from 3:50 to 14:37 UTC, causing queries to fail due to lost permissions for ad accounts. Facebook reported at 15:04 UTC that they released a fix for the issue. We have confirmed that Facebook Ads queries should now perform without issues.
If you experience any further issues with your queries or have any other questions or concerns, please submit a new support ticket. We will check them on a case by case basis.
There’s an issue with Facebook Ads queries resulting in error message: "Unsupported get request. Object with ID 'act_123456' does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api (error code 102).
This issue seems to be connected to users suddenly losing access to ad accounts. This issue is on Facebook’s side and we have reported this to their support.
