Facebook Ads Issue - 12th of December 2019

The issue is mostly mitigated. However we will continue working on further improvements and optimizations.

Unfortunately this issue has resurfaced and we are seeing these errors in some of the queries ran with Facebook Ads. 


This issue seems to be related to Facebook’s systems and we are investigating all possible solutions to fix the problem. We will update this article as soon as we have more information. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

There’s an issue with Facebook Ads connector that is causing slow query refresh times, and failing queries. We have already deployed changes to mitigate this, but it did not fix the problem completely.

In case your query fails because of this problem, you would see one of the following error messages:
- Application request limit reached
- Error: execution time limit reached
- TIMEOUT_EXCEEDED
- Facebook request quota has been exceeded, please try again later

Please note that the list may not be exhaustive.

This issue seems to be related to Facebook’s systems and we have already contacted their support. We will update this article as soon as we have more information. Our apologies for the inconvenience.
