Twitter Public Data Error - "Profile(s) not found"

When re-authenticating Data Studio, you might encounter this error:


"This was a Twitter Public Data reauthorisation request for user account X but logged in as () instead. This authentification was not stored, please try again. If you have any questions, please contact support@supermetrics.com


Simple Solution


In most cases, in order to fix this issue, you can simply revoke and re-add the connector. To revoke your access, please follow these easy steps described in this article



If the error persists  


However, in some cases, if the error persists, it is recommended to log-out of Twitter from any place (in the browser, in other Supermetrics' connectors, and possibly remove all your tokens) and simply log in again. To revoke the tokens, please refer to this article. At this point, the error won't show again. 


This last scenario happens when you are logged in with the wrong account, which eventually leads to an empty user. In order to remove your account from the Data Studio Connectors, we recommend to follow these easy and quick steps, described in this article
