**Resolved** Page Missing Issues with Facebook Insights - 2019-06-12


Update 2019-06-14:

Facebook has reported that the bug has been fixed and our internal tests seems to confirm that all pages can be correctly fetched.


Please re-authenticate the Facebook Insights/Instagram Insights data source in the product you are using to make sure the latest page list is obtained for your account.


In some rare cases you may also need to reset the app permissions, so if just the re-authentication does not work, try this next:

If you still encounter issues even with the app permissions reset, please submit a request to support so we can follow up.

We have been made aware that some users are unable to retrieve all Facebook pages they should have access to from the page account list. This may also affect Instagram Insights and possibly Facebook Ads, as they use page data. Upon investigation this appears to be a bug in the Graph API, and it has been reported to Facebook already. Currently, the bug report has been assigned to their developer team for fixing.
