We are still waiting for the second issue involving reach/impressions to be addressed. This article will be updated when we have confirmation of resolution of all issues.
We have identified two different problems now with Facebook Insights since Friday March 15th.
There is one issue with reach/impression metrics show as null or no data for Facebook Insights: https://developers.facebook.com/support/bugs/2380273985356980/?disable_redirect=0
There is another one discovered is due to permissions issues, even though we have the correct permissions. So you may get permission denied errors or not be able to re-authenticate. It may also appear as getting FALSE data for post level queries. This may affect both Facebook Insights and Facebook Ads: https://developers.facebook.com/support/bugs/301627877187448/
These have been reported to Facebook development for remediation as the issue have been tested and shown to be in their API. We will let you know when both issues have been addressed. We apologize for the inconvience this issue has caused.
