This guide applies to the following error for Twitter Ads:
Account fetch error: Error: User <userIDcode> is not authorized to make this request. Please have them reauthorize with your client application Supermetrics for Twitter Ads.
This error may be caused by expired user tokens for Twitter or that the user account has lost access to one of the ad accounts.
First to make sure it is not a token issue, please re-authenticate the connector based on the product being used:
- Google Sheets: How do I Re-Authenticate a Google Sheets Connector?
- Data Studio: How do I Re-Authenticate a Data Studio Connector?
- Excel: How do I Re-Authenticate an Excel Connector?
- Data Grabber: Log into the module for Twitter Ads again
If the error persists after refreshing the authentication, the Twitter user may no longer have access to the given account. Check with your administrator to make sure the user has permissions to access that ad account. If the account is no longer accessable on purpose, de-select the account/remove it from the query to clear the error.
