Granting Permission for Data Access to Support

For GDPR compliance, we must ask for your consent to view the data in your report files and queries for troubleshooting purposes. Please follow the below steps to grant Support this consent in Team Management:

  1. Log into Team Management with your Supermetrics User account -
  2. Click on the SUPPORTtab.

  3. Click on the Grant permission for data access to Customer Support Teamlink.

  4. Fill out the form with email address (defaults to account you logged into Teams as) and the Client/Company name this applies to, and read the description.
  5. Click OK to grant consent.

You should generally only need to do this once per account. If you have questions or need to revoke your consent, please contact Support for further assistance.
