Update June 21st 12:00 EEST - We have confirmed that this has been resolved by Facebook and queries should now function as normal. If you continue to have issues and have not yet submitted a case, please do this so that we can investigate:
Facebook Insights, Leads for Facebook Ads, and the Public Data connectors are currently having an issue with the application permissions that are preventing them from pulling data. You may see errors like:
A bug on the Facebook side is preventing fetching this data at the moment. We are working with Facebook to get this resolved as soon as possible.
We have reported the issue to Facebook and we have been actively working with them to resolve this. They believe they should be able to have a resolution on June 21st during Pacific daytime hours for us.
We realize this has been very disruptive and we appreciate your patience while we have been trying to straighten out the issue with Facebook.
