I get "Authentication expired: Refreshing token failed" or "Query failed: Trial expired" -messages. What to do?

If you encounter this kind of error message in your Supermetrics Sidebar, you need to log out from your Supermetrics data sources, and then log them back in.


If this doesn't help, try reloading the page and relaunching the add-on.


  • Possible reasons for this error to appear are: 
    • Your subscription has expired (check status from your account management page)
    • Changes / updates in data source API's
    • You are logged in with a wrong Google Account
