Yandex.Direct Query failed

Displays errors when setting import statistics from Yandex.Direct


"Query failed: Yandex.Direct failure (Request rate is too high. Separate queries into multiple sheets and update them in batches.)"


How to fix the problem?

    The query you show in the screenshot doesn't look that complicated and when I check the API usage for this account, the Yandex.Direct ones don't even break 50 requests a day. So getting this is error is very strange as you're not appearing to make large queries.


    So I am going to escalate this to the developer to investigate further. They will be back in touch with you once they have had a chance to look into it. Please note that these investigations may take some time, so we appreciate your patience.

    Could you already fix this problem?

    This should be fixed now.

    We have updated our code according to Yandex.Direct new documentation. Before making a query, please log out and then back in to the Yandex.Direct data source from Supermetrics sidebar.

  • This problem is repeated. I know the API version has been updated.
