Excel 365 update for Mac has broken Supermetrics

The Macs in our office were auto-updated last week (to version 16.9, build 188116) and now cannot run Supermetrics (we primarily use it for Google Analytics). Worksheets that are already logged in to Analytics get hung up at Connecting to Internet if you try to run a report. Worksheets that are not logged in get an error message saying they failed to connect to Supermetrics. Is this a common problem and is there a fix? We're holding off on updating the Windows machines, just in case it's broken across platforms.

Hi Sarah,

could you also send us version details of which Excel are you currently using on your Macs. Thank you!

Best regards,

-Supermetrics Team

Hi. The version details are in the original message. We use Excel 365.

Hi all,

terribly sorry to keep you waiting. We have managed to find the cause and it's related to a bug in Mac version of Excel.
