Changed user but my account isnt working

Started using the app with the email I use at work as a trial, but I paid to keep using the app using another email. Tried to change my user ID, I have refresh the account a few time but still not working. It doesnt show any difference at all and it says the trial has been expired. How can I sort it out? Thanks in advance.

    could you please send us your User Id (the Google account you connect to Analytics with) -and we'll check that everything is ok with your license first.

  • Hello, We have 4 User ID of Google Analytics, because we have 4 webs. All of them have the same count of gmail.


    Besides I cant refresh my account of supermetrics for google sheets, could you help me please?
