Currently DoubleClick Bid Manager (DBM) is experiencing delays in preparing reports. As such we have run into issues in exceeding the the DBM API quota. In some cases we have had to cut short long running reports so that quicker reports may complete while the issue is being dealt with.
DBM team is working to solve the issue but unfortunately it may take several days to get the fix ready. We will keep you posted in this topic. (you can follow the topic by clicking "Follow")

We have been in regular contact with Doubleclick Bid Manager support on the issue and we have yet to hear of a resolution that will make reports be performed as fast as they were prior to mid-July.
We continue to work with them to get a larger quota or a resolution to the reporting delays. In the meantime if you'd like to contact DBM support, you may attach the following reference number for support 2-6743000018511 when emailing email@example.com.
